The Flowing Bowl is the brain child of husband and wife bartending duo Priscilla Leong and Paul Hammond.

Along with awards from Diageo World Class and Australian Bartender of the Year 2009 to 2022, Paul and Priscilla are armed with more than 30 years of collective experience in mixing drinks across some of the best cocktail cities in the world and a reputation earned in several of the World’s 50 Best Bars like Sydney’s Bulletin Place and Baxter Inn.

Our creative approach to hospitality and drinks is refreshingly subtle.
Referencing vintage ideals in a contemporary way, we create cocktails and spaces that forge new relationships, celebrate the everyday and elevate the individual without exclusion.
